Ordo Renatus was formed on 10/08 by Somnium, Dragonex and Satyr mainly in order to create a semi-harcore raiding guild that would not have problems we felt other raiding guilds would have. We recruited heavy and 1-2 weeks later we could easily field 20 ppl in 25mans endeavors in BT in cooperation with other guilds of same lvl. It was the end of TBC and eveything was easy (except SwP).
Then WotLK kicks in. Satyr realises that his real life will not allow him to stay around and be commited the way he wanted and left. Dragonex had a unexpected job to sort somewhere in Afganistan, which changed him in a lot of ways. When he came back he announced that he would take a back sit and just help wherever he could.
In the meanwhile the guild has been expandng and adding new ppl. As soon as 01/12/08 we started trying out the new content, which brought us for a time in 3rd wowjutsu rank for Hellfire EU ( it was a sock, we knew we were doing good but none expected that good). It can easily said ofc that the raqnking sites ain't reliable and stuff, but still for a quild with less than 2 months of existance it was a huge step. Soon our progress was all normal intsances on farm, OS hc cleared, VoA hc clear, Nax hc 8/15.
At about that time Dragonex decides to return to the game and lvls his char to 80. Ofc he wanted to be one of the tanks and ofc since he was a founding member I tried to help him in that even when that meant leaving other better geared tanks out (sorry Meabbics, I couldn't forsee that I would have be that stupid). Still it wasn't enough. The lvl of ppl in Ordo wasn't acceptable for him, I as a RL sacked (he never told it to me, but I know he did say so to some of you) and he came here to save us. Our coexistance became problematic and thus on 30/12/08 I kicked him.
After that he sut down the homesite of the guild and posted the following message:
" I have taken down the website after my decision to leave the guild. For those that this affects that i bought into the guild and have enjoyed playing with i apologise however the bandwith will be re allocated at a later date.
The website itself wasnt being used properrly as it was with half of the tools being neglected such as the DKP where the raid leader ignored the tools even though they were told how to use them. They then procceded to go on and add individual adjustments manually to people going off of no real system. This has left the guild to corruption where certain members are favoured over others.
This combined with several officers being involved in bullying incidents resulting in two other officers leaving the guild as well as myself make it against any morales i have to stay as ordo."
I will not even bother to answer to the stuff he writes. I repuvlis them here so that all of u know his point of view and I 'm asking that if anyone feels that any of these things has any truth to bring it to my notice.
